Wash the figs and pat dry. Cut 2 1/2 of them into cubes. Cut the last half into 3 wedges. Drizzle the figs with 1 tablespoon maple syrup and carefully mix in!
Mix the mascarpone, vanilla sugar, remaining maple syrup and yoghurt into a cream.
Roughly crumble the speculoos.
Now prepare 3 bowls.
Layer the diced figs, the cream and the breadcrumbs in layers.
At the end there are some speculoos crumbs and a fig wedge each!
Tip:
If you like, you can marinate the figs in red wine, amaretto or port wine!
