Ingredients

  • 3 fig (s)
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 100 g speculoos, (spiced speculoos)

Instructions

  1. Wash the figs and pat dry. Cut 2 1/2 of them into cubes. Cut the last half into 3 wedges. Drizzle the figs with 1 tablespoon maple syrup and carefully mix in!
  2. Mix the mascarpone, vanilla sugar, remaining maple syrup and yoghurt into a cream.
  3. Roughly crumble the speculoos.
  4. Now prepare 3 bowls.
  5. Layer the diced figs, the cream and the breadcrumbs in layers.
  6. At the end there are some speculoos crumbs and a fig wedge each!

  8. If you like, you can marinate the figs in red wine, amaretto or port wine!
