Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and quarter the figs. Put all ingredients in a clean glass and let stand in a dark, cool place for 14 days, shaking well every now and then. Then strain the fig vinegar through a fine-mesh sieve and then filter. Fill in a nice bottle.
  2. This fig vinegar has a wonderful fruity note and is well suited for dressings and fine leaf salads.
