  1. Wash the figs, cut into wafer-thin slices and arrange on the plates.
  2. Mix the raspberry vinegar, oil, honey and mustard together until a creamy marinade is formed and then drizzle it over the sliced figs.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed goat cheese on top and serve.
