Cut the figs and plums a little smaller and put them in a blender with the raisins. Squeeze the grapefruit and add the juice, puree everything finely. Add the milk and continue to puree until the shake is thick.
Use tall glasses and in each glass, spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt in a spiral on the inside of the glass wall. I set the yogurt on the tablespoon, but then use a teaspoon, it`s easier to handle. Now carefully pour the shake into the middle of the glass. So the yoghurt will stick to the glass for serving and it looks nice.
