Place the cleaned and stalked mushrooms in a greased casserole dish with the opening facing up.
Chop the mushroom stalks into small pieces. Finely dice the tomato. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Add the vegetables with paprika, chopped parsley and salt to the minced meat. Finely crumble the sheep cheese and mix the mixture well with a dash of water.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture. Place 1/2 slice of bacon on top. Melt the processed cheese in a saucepan over low heat and pour around the mushrooms. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, but cover with aluminum foil after 15 minutes.
