Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm water and add salt (yeast must not come into direct contact with salt).
Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and knead with the water to form a dough.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about half an hour.
Then cut the dough into small pieces and roll out into many small pizzas and fill with cheese and ham and season with oregano and basil and shape into small balls, spread with sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top.
