- Dice ham, onion and approx. 3-4 mushrooms and sauté in a pan with a little oil.
- Season the pork roulades with a little salt and pepper and fill with the mixture.
- Fold the whole thing up and secure it with toothpicks, then turn it in the egg and bread it.
- The remaining mushrooms are cut into slices and fried with the bacon.
- We also have hash browns!
