Cook a pudding from milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding powder and let it cool. Stir occasionally
To make the choux pastry, bring the water, butter and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Take the saucepan off the hob, pour the flour into the hot mixture and stir until smooth. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the dough forms a lump and a skin forms on the bottom of the pot.
Put the batter in a bowl and gradually stir in the eggs. The dough should look smooth and shiny.
Shape the dough with 2 tablespoons of balls and fry in hot oil.
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the pudding.
Fill the snowballs with a pastry syringe and dust with powdered sugar.
