Instructions
- Makes approx. 70 pieces:
- Process the flour mixed with baking powder, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla sugar into a shortcrust pastry and refrigerate.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut out cookies with different shapes. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
- Spread a lot of jam on the cookies and put on a second cookie.
- Mix powdered sugar with water or lemon juice so that it is thick and spread the filled cookies with it and decorate with colored caster sugar.
