Brush the waffle iron with a little coconut oil and bake the batter into waffles. I always preheat the oven to 80 ° C top / bottom heat to keep the wafers that have already been made warm.
I get 6 very filling waffles from the batter. Powdered sugar and / or fruit go well with this.
