Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them lightly in the oil. Scatter the flour on top and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add tomato paste and cheese and briefly bring the sauce to the boil. Finally add the cream, bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper.
