Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 150 ml heavy cream or soy cream
- 3 slices processed cheese, the slightly orange OR:
- 100 g parmesan, rated
- salt and pepper

- Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them lightly in the oil. Scatter the flour on top and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add tomato paste and cheese and briefly bring the sauce to the boil. Finally add the cream, bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper.
