Chicken Breast with Mushrooms in a Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet (breast) – 500 g
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 300 g
  • Milk – 300-400 ml
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Favorite spices – to taste

Directions

  1. Products for cooking chicken breast with mushrooms in front of you.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, cut into pieces or thin slices.
  3. Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half rings or cubes.
  4. Wash the chicken fillet. Cut into small pieces (1×2 cm).

  8. Mix everything well, pour in the fat milk.
  9. Cover, reduce heat to low. Simmer until tender, about 15 minutes
  10. Chicken breast with mushrooms in a creamy sauce is ready. Serve with your favorite side dish.
