  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 piece (s) onion (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 packet cream cheese (brunch with herbs)
  • 200 g chicken breast
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder
  • sugar
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente.
  2. Clean and slice the mushrooms, peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  3. Fry the onions in a little hot oil, add the mushrooms and fry everything for about 10 minutes. Add the whole brunch package to the pan with the mushrooms and let them melt slowly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and a little sugar.
  4. Cut the chicken into small slices, fry on one side in hot oil, then turn and season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Now turn again and season from the other side. Let simmer briefly over low heat.
  5. Divide the drained pasta on 2 plates, put the mushroom sauce and meat on top.
  6. But it also tastes good without meat.
