Chicken Breast in Creamy Tomato Sauce on Vegetables

Instructions

Wash the chicken breast and remove excess fat. Sear in a pan with a little oil until both sides are browned. The meat does not have to be fried completely, as it will continue to cook in the oven later.
Cut a tomato into eighths, wash and clean the pepper and cut into small pieces. The spring onion is cut into rings. Put the vegetables in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
The second tomato is cut into small pieces and fried in the pan, then this is placed on the chicken. The mozzarella is then spread on top.
Pour Cremefine into the pan and add the tomato paste. Season well and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then spread the tomato and cream sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Put everything together in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake everything for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. This is served with rice and some ciabatta to taste.
