Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 200 g turkey breast
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 200 ml cream or cremefine
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • Salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, wash the vegetables and turkey breast and cut into cubes. With the vegetables you don`t have to stick to the given ingredients and can vary depending on your taste.
  3. Next, put the oil in a sufficiently large pan and fry the diced turkey breast. When it is golden brown, add the cream or Cremefine. Let everything simmer for about 3 minutes over medium heat and then add the spices.
  4. When the spaghetti has to cook for about 4 minutes, add the vegetables to the pan and let simmer. It is important that the vegetables are only added shortly before the spaghetti is ready so that they stay nice and crisp.
  5. Finally, the sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper and poured over the spaghetti.
