  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon peas, frozen
  • 50 g chicken breast slices
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 50 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • Salt and pepper
  • 500 g pasta

Instructions

  1. First, the onions are fried in the oil until translucent, then the peas and chicken breast are added and fried for about a minute. Cream and processed cheese are added and brought to the boil, stirring constantly. Now add the Gouda and the spices, melt and the sauce is ready.
  2. In the meantime, the pasta should be prepared according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Now serve the pasta with the sauce.
