Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil and stir in the rice pudding. Remove from the stove and let soak for 10 minutes. Mix the quark with the eggs, ginger, 40 g desiccated coconut, the finely chopped peaches, vanilla sugar and sugar and then mix everything with the rice pudding.
  2. Put in a greased baking dish and bake at 200 degrees (180 degrees fan-assisted air) for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Sprinkle with the remaining desiccated coconut before serving.
