• 4 tablespoon yogurt
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon honey
• basil
• salt
• Cayenne pepper
• parsley
• 1 dash cream, if necessary

Instructions

1. Mix everything together well. If it doesn`t get runny enough, add a dash of cream.
2. Mix with lettuce, add a few sliced mushrooms or shrimp if necessary.
3. A couple of baked potatoes are ideal as a side dish.
