Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- basil
- salt
- Cayenne pepper
- parsley
- 1 dash cream, if necessary

- Mix everything together well. If it doesn`t get runny enough, add a dash of cream.
- Mix with lettuce, add a few sliced mushrooms or shrimp if necessary.
- A couple of baked potatoes are ideal as a side dish.
