Ingredients
- 150 g yourt, 1.5% fat
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 30 g mustard, e.., Cranberry mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper

- Mix the yoghurt and crème fraîche, add the mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
- Can be varied well, e.g. by adding finely chopped herbs or grated garlic. Goes well with egg salads.
