Ingredients
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper

- Put the honey with approx. 75 ml stock, mustard, balsamic vinegar and oil in a tall container and mix. Possibly add a little more broth and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- It goes very well with grilled meat or hearty salads.
