Ingredients

• 100 ml vegetable stock
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
• 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 6 tablespoon rapeseed oil
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Put the honey with approx. 75 ml stock, mustard, balsamic vinegar and oil in a tall container and mix. Possibly add a little more broth and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
2. It goes very well with grilled meat or hearty salads.
