Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (preferably white balsamic vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • pepper
  • possibly cream, crème fraîche etc.

Instructions

  1. Mix together the oil and mustard and stir in the horseradish. Now add salt, sugar and, if necessary, the vinegar. A sharp-sour taste should be created. If you`ve put in too much vinegar, you can make up for it with the sugar. Season to taste with pepper.
  2. Tastes very good with a mixed salad.
