Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (preferably white balsamic vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- pepper
- possibly cream, crème fraîche etc.

- Mix together the oil and mustard and stir in the horseradish. Now add salt, sugar and, if necessary, the vinegar. A sharp-sour taste should be created. If you`ve put in too much vinegar, you can make up for it with the sugar. Season to taste with pepper.
- Tastes very good with a mixed salad.
