Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon sesame paste (tahini)

- Mix the lemon juice into the yogurt. Add the garlic. Slowly stir in the oil until everything is well mixed. Beat in the tahini, then add ground cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate.
