- Stone and quarter the plums, simmer with sugar, cinnamon and lemon sugar for about 1 hour.
- When the mixture has cooled down, puree it thoroughly (because of the skin) and season to taste, adding sugar if necessary.
- Then measure the liquid and add half as much vodka, mix well and fill into bottles.
- Cool well and enjoy with ice!
- For me, 1 kg of fruit made 1 liter of plum jam, so 1/2 liter of vodka was added.
