Instructions

  1. Stone and quarter the plums, simmer with sugar, cinnamon and lemon sugar for about 1 hour.
  2. When the mixture has cooled down, puree it thoroughly (because of the skin) and season to taste, adding sugar if necessary.
  3. Then measure the liquid and add half as much vodka, mix well and fill into bottles.
  4. Cool well and enjoy with ice!
  5. For me, 1 kg of fruit made 1 liter of plum jam, so 1/2 liter of vodka was added.
