Mix the first 9 ingredients together thoroughly. Let the meat dough rest for half an hour, then shape 3 cm dumplings with wet hands.
Put the butter in a hot pan and fry the meatballs brown all over.
For the sauce, whisk all the ingredients together and bring to the boil, simmer gently until the sauce has a creamy consistency. Put in the meatballs and let them get hot.
Cranberries are served with it.
