Peel the bell peppers (red, yellow, and green to make the dish bright). Cut the pepper into medium squares.
Peel the onion and cut into medium cubes.
Peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
Heat the pan over high heat. Pour olive oil there and put onions, fry until transparent.
Add the peppers, fry for three minutes.
Then zucchini. Fry for another three minutes.
At the very end, add garlic and herbs (I have thyme, rosemary, green basil, parsley, and dill).
