Instructions

  1. Bring the curry paste, coconut milk, chili paste and bay leaves to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Cut the fish into 3 cm pieces, cut the paprika into strips - add both. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the fish is through. Carefully stir in lemon juice, vinegar and sugar and season to taste. Serve with rice.
