- Roll the fish fillets in flour mixed with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in a pan in butter. Keep warm on a plate.
- First put the thick layer of coconut milk in the pan and fry the curry paste in it.
- Cut the banana into pieces and fry with it. Add the rest of the coconut milk and puree everything. Season to taste with lemon juice and soy sauce.
- Serve with basmati rice.
