Instructions

  1. Roll the fish fillets in flour mixed with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in a pan in butter. Keep warm on a plate.
  2. First put the thick layer of coconut milk in the pan and fry the curry paste in it.
  3. Cut the banana into pieces and fry with it. Add the rest of the coconut milk and puree everything. Season to taste with lemon juice and soy sauce.
  4. Serve with basmati rice.
