Wash and clean the peppers and tomatoes, dice very small. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop very finely.
Beat the lemon juice, sugar, garlic, cayenne pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil with a fork.
Mix the peppers, tomatoes and parsley in a bowl. Pour the sauce over and fold in.
Rinse the fish fillet, pat dry and brush with the remaining olive oil. Salt and pepper. Place in a hot grill pan and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
Drizzle the fish with lemon juice. Scatter the dill on top. Arrange the fish on the salsa and serve.
