Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg tomato (s), e.g., egg or tomato tomatoes
  • 4 bell pepper (s) (1 each green, yellow, orange, red)
  • 2 bunches parsley, smooth
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 pinches sugar
  • 4 small cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 pinches cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 800 g fish fillet (s) (halibut, redfish, cod, etc.)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the peppers and tomatoes, dice very small. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop very finely.
  2. Beat the lemon juice, sugar, garlic, cayenne pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil with a fork.
  3. Mix the peppers, tomatoes and parsley in a bowl. Pour the sauce over and fold in.
  4. Rinse the fish fillet, pat dry and brush with the remaining olive oil. Salt and pepper. Place in a hot grill pan and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice. Scatter the dill on top. Arrange the fish on the salsa and serve.
  6. In addition: baguette or ciabatta
