- 250 ml yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)
- 2 egg whites, whisked
- 2 teaspoons fish seasoning
- 4 fish fillet (s)
- 250 g breadcrumbs, seasoned

- Mix the yogurt, egg white and fish seasoning. Turn the fish in it and bread it with the breadcrumbs. Press the breading on well.
- Spray an ovenproof dish with oil and place the fish in it. Bake in the preheated oven at 230 ° C for 10 minutes.
