Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s) (180 g each, e.g. redfish, cod)
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 20 g butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard, finely spicy
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon white bread, grated

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillets and pat dry. Cut into strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grease a baking dish or unperforated cooking container etc. with butter and place the fillets in it. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the fish fillets.
  3. Preheat the steamer to 200 ° C (hot air and steaming). Bake the fish for about 15 minutes until golden. Potatoes or rice can be served with it.
