Fish Fillet with Vegetables

Fish stew with vegetables – light, quick and delicious lunch … or dinner
Ingredients
- Fish fillet – 500 g
- Large onions – 1 pc.
- Tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Flour for breading
- Salt pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
How to cook fish with vegetables:
Directions
- Dice onions, tomatoes, peppers. Cut a clove of garlic into halves.
- First, let’s prepare the vegetable dressing. To do this, fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally.
- Add pepper, fry with onions.
- Add tomatoes, stir, season with salt, and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Place vegetables on a plate. Breaded fish fillets in flour, salt, and pepper. Fry in a skillet, in which the vegetables were stewed, until golden brown, on both sides.
- Put all the fish in a frying pan, put the stewed vegetables on top. Pour 1/3 cup of water and simmer the fish and vegetables for 5 minutes until the water boils away.
