Fish with Vegetables

Fish is healthy! – Who is arguing? Vegetables contain many vitamins! – I don’t mind. To summarize the advantages, the result is a double benefit – silver carp stewed with vegetables! So it must be cooked!

Ingredients

  • silver carp – 3 pieces
  • carrots – 1 pc
  • zucchini – 1 piece
  • bell pepper – 3-4 pods
  • leek – 1 feather
  • broth – 1.5-2 cups
  • OR water – 1.5-2 cups
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper – to taste
  • spices to taste

Directions

  1. Take 3 small silver carp (or any other fish). We clean, cut into fillets with skin.
  2. Dice the carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, chop the leek.
  3. We put vegetables and fish in a bowl, pour a little water or fish broth so that the water does not cover the vegetables. Add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and other spices as desired.
  4. We send fish with vegetables to the oven without covering. Silver carp stewed with vegetables is cooked for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 220-250 degrees.
  5. Fish with vegetables can be served as a separate dish or with a side dish.
