Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillet (s) (halibut, redfish)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • olive oil
  • Chili oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fish. Season with salt and pepper or other spices if you like.
  2. Cut onions in rings, garlic in slices, paprika in strips, zucchini in slightly thicker slices and sauté in olive oil until golden brown, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the baking paper into two approx. 30 x 30 cm squares.
  4. Place the vegetables in the center of each parchment paper. Place the fish on top of the vegetables and drizzle with lemon juice. Add a few more drops of chilli oil if you like.
  5. Fold / crumple or staple the corners of the baking paper in the middle like a gift so that it locks in the air and retains all of the flavors.
  6. Sauté on a baking sheet in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for 10 - 15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish).
  7. Rice goes very well as a side dish, as the steaming creates a broth for the fish and it doesn`t get dry either. Or simply without a side dish, since the vegetables are already included.
