Ingredients
- 4 fish fillet (s), e.g., Pollack fillet
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- salt and pepper
- some olive oil
- 4 piece (s) aluminum foil

- Salt and pepper the fish fillets. Cut the lemon into 8 slices, chop the garlic into fine cubes. Brush the aluminum foil with the olive oil, place a fish fillet on each of the aluminum foil. On top garlic to taste, 2 slices of lemon and pieces of rosemary sprigs in between. Close the parcels tightly and place them on the hot grill.
- Grill for about 15 minutes.
