Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the fish fillets. Cut the lemon into 8 slices, chop the garlic into fine cubes. Brush the aluminum foil with the olive oil, place a fish fillet on each of the aluminum foil. On top garlic to taste, 2 slices of lemon and pieces of rosemary sprigs in between. Close the parcels tightly and place them on the hot grill.
  2. Grill for about 15 minutes.
