- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 1 teaspoon, leveled paprika powder
- some spice mix for french fries

- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into strips with a knife or a french fries cutter.
- Mix the olive oil, paprika powder and salt together and mix the fries well in a bowl.
- Then put the fries in a grill pan and grill on the grill for about 20 minutes until they are brown and crispy.
- Mix in a bowl with a little French spice and serve.
