Ingredients

  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • onion (s), possibly
  • paprika (s), possibly

For the marinade:

  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade well. Cut the meat into pieces or slices. Put the marinade in a freezer bag, mix well and let it steep in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Knead again and again so that everything is well moistened with the marinade.
  2. Put the meat solo or alternately with onion and pepper pieces on skewers and grill. The grilling time depends on personal preferences (pink or well done) and the thickness of the pieces of meat.
  3. If you take wooden skewers and water them for a while, the grilled meat will loosen better from the skewer.
