  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon basil, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the ciabatta into slices and roast briefly on one side on the grill. Dice the tomatoes and mix with the ketchup, the pressed garlic cloves, the olive oil and the chopped basil. Put the mixture on the toasted side of the bread slices and briefly put it on the grill again so that the other side is also toasted.
