Bruschetta

Bruschetta is a recipe for an Italian snack called antipasto that can raise your appetite.
Ingredients
- Baguette – 1 pc.
- Mozzarella cheese – 150 g
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Tomato – 3 pcs.
- Basil – 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic – 2 teeth
Directions
- Prepare foods for bruschetta. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Peel the onion.
- Cut the onion into half rings, add sugar and salt. Squeeze out.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Finely chop the garlic. Grind the basil. Salt. Spice up.
- Cut the baguette diagonally and dry for 5 minutes in a preheated oven.
- Put thin slices of cheese on the baguette.
- Put 1 tablespoon each on top. vegetables.
- Send the bruschetta to an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 3 minutes.
