Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), waxy
- salt
- Olive oil or melted butter
- Thyme or Herbs Provence
- possibly garlic

- Cut the potatoes into 1cm thick slices (if they are not fresh or the skin is very hard: peel them beforehand) and cook in salted water for about 5-10 minutes. Drain and allow to evaporate.
- Line a tray with aluminum foil and distribute the potato slices next to each other so that they are not on top of each other.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with the herbs. If you like, you can add some crushed garlic to the olive oil or butter. It`s also delicious with garlic oil.
- Grill the potatoes in the oven under the grill for about 10 minutes at level 2 until crispy and brown.
- Caution: It can happen very quickly, so check again and again.
