Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut in half or into wedges depending on the size. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  2. Mix the spices with the olive oil and brush the potatoes generously with them.
  3. If you have a grill function in the oven: first 8-10 minutes, then turn and grill again for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Otherwise bake the potatoes at 250 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
