Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, waxy
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ rosemary
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ parsley
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ thyme
- some salt and pepper from the mill

- Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil and butter in a small saucepan. Braise the garlic in it. Add the other herbs. If necessary, use more herbs, depending on your taste, and season with salt and pepper. Take off the stove.
- When the potatoes are done, cut them into thick slices and brush with the herb mixture.
- Grill the potatoes on the grill for 10 minutes or a little longer until crispy, brushing the garlic-herb mixture every now and then.
