Ingredients
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- a bit salt
- some chili powder

- Press the garlic into the oil, add the salt and chili powder and stir everything together.
- Wash the potatoes well and stick them with the skin on a skewer. Place the skewer on a piece of aluminum foil and spread the garlic oil over the potatoes.
- Seal the aluminum foil and cook on the grill for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
- Note: The skewers can also be made in the oven.
