Instructions

  1. Press the garlic into the oil, add the salt and chili powder and stir everything together.
  2. Wash the potatoes well and stick them with the skin on a skewer. Place the skewer on a piece of aluminum foil and spread the garlic oil over the potatoes.
  3. Seal the aluminum foil and cook on the grill for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
  4. Note: The skewers can also be made in the oven.
