Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, floury cooking
  • 150 g mountain cheese, rated
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed through
  • 1 teaspoon spice mixture, (raclette spice)
  • some black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Halve the cooked potatoes and hollow them out, leaving an edge of just under 1 cm.
  2. (The inside can be used e.g. for the herb tomatoes).
  3. Mix all other ingredients well and let it steep for a moment; then pour the mixture into the potato halves.
  4. Grill on the grill over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
